What you need:
- Tissue paper (any color)
- Scissors
- Stapler
- Wire
Steps:
- First take 6 layers of tissue paper and stack it over one another.
- Now cut it into 9″*15″ and then staple the piece at the center. Now wrap it with a piece of wire and then shape the edges of paper with scissors.
- Now you can spread the tissue layer by layer and start making the floral look.
- Try to give a natural look by keeping petals in right positions.
